Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for preschoolers, incorporating phonics, pre-primary, and Montessori methods.
• Create a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of students.
• Develop strong relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in early childhood education or related field (nursery teacher).
• Strong knowledge of phonics, pre-primary, and Montessori teaching methods.
• Ability to work effectively with young children aged 3-6 years old.
