I. Slots Numerical Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Design core Slot mathematical models, controlling RTP, volatility, hit rate, and jackpot distribution.
2. Use Monte Carlo algorithms to conduct hundreds of millions of simulation tests and probability calculations.
3. Optimize machine numerical experience by combining Win Presentation (big win feedback) with player data.
4. Output mathematical logic and algorithm documentation, and coordinate with programmers to complete logic implementation and verification.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in Slot mathematical/numerical design.
2. Proficient in Python, VBA, or C++ for probability modeling and simulation.
3. Deep understanding of Slot player gambling psychology and betting rhythm.

II. Economy Numerical Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Build global coin circulation, production-consumption, and inflation models.
2. Design bankruptcy curves, betting tiers, and bankruptcy rescue mechanisms to improve session duration and payment conversion.
3. Build numerical systems for store pricing, VIP benefits, and Pass systems to expand payment depth and LTV.
4. Monitor coin stock, bankruptcy rate, and payment rate, and dynamically tune system numerical values to maintain ecosystem health.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in game economy numerical design (Social Casino background preferred).
2. Proficient in Excel/VBA, with the ability to design large-scale numerical tables and perform mathematical modeling.
3. Familiar with dynamic pricing strategies and player payment psychology.

III. Event Numerical Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Design the numerical structure and reward tiers for various operational activities.
2. Design differentiated difficulty and resource production-consumption models based on player segmentation, and be responsible for activity ROI and payment rate.
3. Control the impact of activity rewards on the global coin circulation, and ensure the stability of the core economic system.
4. Responsible for configuring and verifying activity numerical parameters, and quickly tuning them after launch based on participation rate and payment data.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in game numerical design or event numerical design.
2. Proficient in Excel/Python for multi-variable numerical calculation and simulation.
3. Familiar with promotional psychology, and possess a deep understanding of the payment-driving effect of tiered rewards and high-pressure stimulation.
