What they need
- Handle claim adjustments across all claim types, with a particular focus on PA, TA Class and Accident & Health (A&H) Class.
- Coordinate with MSIG Assist to provide guidance and support on medical claims.
- Able to manage faxed claims and perform other assigned tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- At least 2-3 years experiences in Accident and Health, Travel Claims.
- Experiences in Insurance industry.
- Customer focus and service mind.
- Negotiation and compromise skill.
- Good command in English.
