About the role

Blanc and Noir Aesthetic is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Aesthetician to join our dynamic team in Makati City. This is a full-time position that combines your nursing expertise with aesthetic medicine principles to deliver exceptional patient care, skin and medical aesthetic treatments. As a Nurse Aesthetician, you will play a crucial role in our clinic, bridging the gap between clinical nursing practice, dermatologic and aesthetic enhancement services. This position is vital to maintaining our reputation for delivering safe, effective, and personalised aesthetic treatments whilst upholding the highest standards of patient safety and professional conduct.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess aesthetic concerns, medical history, and treatment expectations
• Perform a range of aesthetic procedures under the supervision of physicians, including facials, laser treatments, and skincare treatments
• Prepare treatment areas, sterilise equipment, and maintain strict infection control and safety protocols
• Manage patient before and during procedures
• Provide detailed pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions to ensure optimal results and patient satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, consent forms, and progress notes
• Educate patients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and realistic expectations for aesthetic treatments
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and clinic policies
• Assist in maintaining a welcoming, hygienic, and professional clinical environment
• Collaborate with the physician and aesthetic team to provide comprehensive patient care

What we're looking for

• Under-board Nursing students, Valid nursing license (RN or equivalent qualification) with active registration in the Philippines is a PLUS.

• With or WITHOUT experience in dermatology, cosmetic surgery, or aesthetic medicine settings

• Willingness to be trained in skin anatomy, physiology, and common skin concerns.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse patients

• Detail-oriented with meticulous attention to patient safety and treatment accuracy

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst managing multiple patient appointments

• Professional demeanour with a passion for skin health and patient satisfaction
