1. Patient Handling and Healthcare Services

Register new patients and complete onboarding.

Measure and record patients' vital signs.

Guide patients to the appropriate doctors based on their symptoms.

Arrange consultations with doctors and specialist appointments.

Book and refer patients to partner hospitals when required.

2. Pharmacy and Diagnostic Services

Book and dispense medicines according to patients' preferences and applicable procedures.

Conduct in-house diagnostic tests as prescribed by doctors.

Collect samples for pathology tests.

Book radiology tests through partner laboratories.

3. Sales and Business Development

Promote pharmacy, diagnostic services, and Kavach Card offerings.

Achieve assigned sales targets.

Generate patient leads through health camps and community outreach.

Follow up with potential patients to increase visits and service bookings.

Help improve patient retention and the centre's revenue.

4. Health Camps and Community Outreach

Plan and conduct health camps in the assigned area.

Create awareness about CureBay's healthcare services.

Build relationships with local communities.

Convert health camp leads into actual patient visits.

5. Cash Handling and Financial Management

Collect payments from patients before confirming bookings.

Ensure patients are not charged more than the amount recorded on the platform.

Reconcile daily financial transactions.

Deposit collected money into CureBay's account according to company procedures.

6. Centre Management

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the centre.

Take care of diagnostic equipment, IT systems, electrical fixtures, and furniture.

Ensure the centre operates smoothly.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
