Nurse

The Nurse is responsible for providing healthcare services to employees and ensuring their health and well-being at the workplace. The position handles first aid, basic medical assessments, health monitoring, medical documentation, and coordination with healthcare providers when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance to employees.
• Conduct basic health assessments and monitor employees’ medical conditions.
• Attend to workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Administer medications and treatments as authorized by a physician.
• Monitor and maintain adequate medical supplies and equipment.
• Conduct health and wellness programs, including health awareness activities.
• Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Coordinate referrals and transportation to hospitals or medical facilities when needed.
• Prepare medical reports and incident documentation.
• Ensure the clinic or first-aid station is clean, organized, and properly equipped.
• Support the Safety Officer and project management in promoting workplace health and safety.
• Perform other duties related to employee health and medical services as assigned.
