The Role

We are looking for a licensed nurse who is confident, professional, and comfortable working in a modern, international clinic environment.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has strong IV therapy experience
• Speaks good English (daily interaction with international clients)
• Is medically solid and client-oriented
• Is open to learning about preventive medicine, not only reactive care

You will work closely with:

• 2 doctors (lead doctor + weekday doctor)
• A core team of 3 full-time nurses
• Additional freelance nurses when needed

Key Responsibilities

Clinical

• Administer IV therapy safely and professionally
• Assist with blood draws and basic procedures
• Handle small emergencies confidently
• Perform occasional home-service IV treatments
• Support doctor consultations where needed
• Ensure proper medical documentation and hygiene standards

Reception & Systems

• Assist with reception duties when needed
• Work with clinical systems (e.g. Cliniko or similar CRM/EMR)
• Manage appointments, basic admin, and patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient records

Client Experience & Commercial Awareness

• Welcome walk-in clients and guide them confidently
• Explain services clearly and professionally
• Help turn walk-ins into clients by understanding their needs
  (no hard selling – value-driven recommendations)
• Support upselling of relevant services (IVs, blood work, follow-ups)

Contract & Compensation

📄 Contract:

• 1-year contract (with extension possibility)

💰 Salary (Competitive):

• IDR 4.5 – 7.5 million / month (depending on experience)
