Job Purpose

Provide professional nursing support for Aivida assignments and patient-care requirements, as and when work is assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend patient-care and nursing assignments allocated by Aivida.
• Assess patient needs within your professional scope and follow approved care instructions.
• Provide nursing care, basic clinical support and patient assistance as assigned.
• Maintain accurate patient / service records and complete required documentation.
• Follow infection-control, safety, hygiene and confidentiality standards.
• Coordinate with doctors, clinical teams, caregivers and family members.
• Escalate clinical concerns or emergencies promptly to the appropriate medical authority.
• Use Aivida's process / app for job acceptance, attendance, updates and closure.
• Maintain professional conduct and punctuality on every job.

Requirements

• Valid nursing qualification and registration, as applicable.
• Good clinical judgement and patient-handling skills within scope of practice.
• Strong communication and professional behaviour.
• Able to travel to assigned patient locations; available as per assigned jobs.
• Preferred: home healthcare, hospital, clinic or community nursing experience.

General Expectations

Represent Aivida professionally; follow company policies, SOPs and information-security standards; protect patient, customer, employee and business data; collaborate across teams and escalate issues promptly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
