What they need
- Conduct patient assessments, record vital signs, and document medical histories.
- Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as prescribed.
- Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures.
- Educate patients on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Assist doctors during consultations and minor surgical procedures.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring equipment and supplies are ready.
- Collect specimens (blood, urine, swabs) and perform basic diagnostic tests.
- Monitor patients during and after treatment for adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Support appointment scheduling and patient flow management.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and Ministry of Health (KKM) regulations.
- Participate in audits, licensing renewals, and compliance reporting.
- Supervise Clinic Assistants and guide them in daily tasks.
- Restock medical supplies and manage inventory.
- Coordinate with clinic managers to ensure SOPs are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns professionally.
