Nurse

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan).
• Have an active registration certificate (STR).
• At least 1–2 years of experience at Inpatient
• Have an active BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support) certificate.
• Basic in English (both oral and written).
• Willing to work with shift system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with professional standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and hospital policies.
• Perform nursing assessments and interventions within the scope of professional competence and authority.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal care.
• Apply the principles of Patient Safety standards, Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) protocols, and Patient Safety Goals in every service provided.
• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, accreditation, and professional competency development activities organized by the hospital.
• Be willing to be assigned to any service unit based on the hospital’s operational needs.
