About the role

Peridou Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our manufacturing and logistics operations by ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our workforce. As a Nurse, you will provide essential clinical care, health screening and occupational health support to our employees, contributing directly to our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace environment.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting health assessments and medical screening for employees as part of occupational health programmes
• Providing first aid and emergency medical care to employees in the workplace
• Administering vaccinations and immunisations according to established protocols and company policies
• Maintaining accurate and confidential health records and medical documentation for all employees
• Collaborating with occupational health and safety teams to identify and mitigate workplace health risks
• Educating employees on health promotion, disease prevention and workplace safety practices
• Monitoring and reporting on employee health trends and occupational health metrics
• Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards
• Responding to health-related incidents and accidents in the workplace
• Coordinating with external healthcare providers and occupational health services when necessary

What we're looking for

• Valid nursing license and registration with the appropriate regulatory body in the Philippines
• Qualification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent nursing credential
• Minimum 2 years' experience in occupational health, workplace health services or related healthcare settings
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety principles and workplace health protocols
• Competence in health screening, first aid administration and basic clinical nursing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with employees from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive health information professionally
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a health and safety team
• Certification in first aid, CPR or related occupational health qualifications is advantageous
