Nurse

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing practices and demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional patient care. This role requires a commitment to improving patient outcomes through effective communication, clinical expertise, and adherence to best practices in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
• Assist in IV insertion.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to infection control practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation.
• Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care.
