Hourly rate: 23.65per hour

Shift pattern: 8am-8pm

Contracted hours: 44 hours per week

Join our dedicated team at Dalton Court Care Home and play a vital role in delivering outstanding nursing care to our residents every day.

We're looking for a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and leading clinical excellence.

What You'll Do

Deliver safe, effective nursing care tailored to individual resident needs.

Lead and support the care team, providing clinical guidance and expertise.

Administer and manage medications safely and accurately.

Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, responding promptly to concerns.

Complete clinical assessments, care plans and documentation.

Liaise with families, GPs and other healthcare professionals.

Promote dignity, independence and choice in everything you do.

Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance are maintained.

About You

A valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN).

Previous experience within a nursing, residential, dementia or elderly care setting is desirable.

Confident leading teams and making clinical decisions.

Strong communication and record-keeping skills.

Compassionate, professional and committed to delivering exceptional care.

A positive role model who leads by example and supports colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
