Nurse Educator Pune
Experience: 3–8 Years
Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training and induction programs for nursing staff.
- Train nurses on clinical procedures, patient care, infection control and SOPs.
- Conduct competency assessments and skill evaluations.
- Prepare training materials and maintain training records/reports.
- Identify training gaps and conduct refresher programs.
- Ensure compliance with clinical and quality standards.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in Nurse Training, Clinical Education, Competency Assessment or Clinical Quality.
