PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITY:
The Nursing Training Officer is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the in-service program of the Nursing Services Division in accordance the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Hospital. He / She establishes a system of staff development through orientation of staff nurses and nursing aides, skills training for the improvement of nursing services, leadership and management program, incidental learning, and other staff development programs.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
- Must be a BS Nursing graduate
- Must have an active PRC license
- With Master’s Degree Unit/Active nine (9) units of MAN
- With at least three (3) years of CLINICAL experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a PRC Board Passer (Nursing Licensure)
- Must have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate/ID
- Intravenous Therapy (IVT) certificate/ID
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate/ID
