Responsibilities

• Administer botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal filler injections with precision and care, following established protocols and safety standards
• Perform aesthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and other skin rejuvenation procedures to improve client outcomes
• Provide comprehensive client consultations to assess needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations
• Maintain meticulous sanitation and sterilization practices to ensure a safe treatment environment
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing skincare routines
• Manage client records accurately using salon or medical spa software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
• Support retail sales by demonstrating products and upselling appropriate treatments to enhance client results and satisfaction

Requirements

• Valid nursing license with experience in aesthetic or cosmetic procedures preferred
• Proven expertise in injection administration, including botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers
• Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and other skin rejuvenation techniques
• Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple appointments efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Experience working in the beauty or med spa industry is highly desirable
• Familiarity with salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and record keeping
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety protocols at all times
• Passion for esthetic treatments, skincare innovation, and delivering outstanding guest services

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
