Job Description
The Nurse Manager (NM) serves as an integral leader within the Makati Medical Center (MMC) healthcare team, championing MMC's mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives to deliver the highest level of patient-centered care. As a critical member of the nursing management team, the NM ensures the safe and effective management of the unit's nursing operations, in alignment with Republic Act 2002 (R.A. 9173), the Nurses Code of Ethics, and MMC Nursing Bylaws.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse in the Philippines
At least nine (9) units of master's degree in nursing or other allied medical and health sciences conferred by a college or university duly recognized by the Government of the Republic of the Philippines.
A member of the Accredited Professional Organization (APO) of nurses.
At least three (3) years of nursing experience.
Position Term: Regular
