Nurse Manager

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) to lead our nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

• Supervise and support staff to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

• Coordinate daily operations, staffing, and care plans with interdisciplinary teams.

• Oversee medication administration, treatments, and clinical rounds.

• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and documentation standards.

• Participate in staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

• Respond to medical emergencies and monitor care outcomes.

Qualifications: Active NM RN or LPN license, at least 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills, EMR experience, and BLS certification required.
