Nurse Manager

• Oversee and optimize daily nursing operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient resource allocation.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, fostering a standardized and safe work environment.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Manage and monitor departmental budgets, controlling expenses while maintaining quality patient care.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including Joint Commission and state-specific requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
• Holds a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrates experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare-related software.
• Exhibits strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Able to manage stress and work effectively under pressure.
