Position Summary

LoneWell Health is building a select talent pool of experienced Nurse Managers, Clinical Managers, Patient Care Managers, and high-performing Assistant Nurse Managers for future permanent and interim opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license
• Acute-care nursing experience
• Previous Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, Supervisor, or comparable leadership experience
• Experience with staffing, quality, workforce management, and clinical operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
• Experience with department budgets and productivity
• Professional nursing leadership certification
• Demonstrated operational or quality improvement experience
• Minumum of two years of relevant experience
