Be a single point of contact to patients and ensure that the best is delivered. Outcome of care provided will be measured by NPS feedback system.
Be a single point of contact to doctors regarding patient care update. Co-ordinate with the doctors to ensure that good nursing care is provided.
Service excellence - upkeep and maintain high standards with respect to infrastructure, equipment and support system.
Clinical competencies - Continuous learning to update skills to guide supervise assigned nurse.
Take a leadership role in the discussion of professional nursing issues within the team.
Influence the development of computerized clinical data.
Ensure effective communication channels within the nursing team.
