Nurse Manager (RN) – Home Care

Nuclear Care Partners | Albuquerque, NM
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually

Lead with purpose. Make a difference.

Help care for the people who helped power our nation. At Nuclear Care Partners, we serve former atomic workers with compassionate nursing care that supports their dignity and independence at home.

As our Nurse Manager, you'll support nurses, build trust with families, and help patients receive exceptional care. Bring your nursing leadership experience to a team that values relationships, collaboration, accountability, and the difference we make together.

Your impact

Working with the Clinical Director, you'll support clinical operations, nursing supervision, case management, and quality improvement while staying connected to direct patient care.

  • Lead and develop your team: Supervise and coach case managers, registered nurses, and certified nursing assistants through orientation, training, and ongoing support.
  • Support exceptional home care: Oversee skilled nursing services, patient assessments, and individualized care planning.
  • Coordinate care and staffing: Partner with nurses, families, physicians, and pharmacies to meet patient needs and maintain continuity of care.
  • Strengthen quality and compliance: Review clinical documentation, address patient concerns, and support agency policies, state and federal regulations, HIPAA, and ACHC standards.
  • Stay connected to patients: Manage an assigned caseload and provide in-home skilled nursing visits.
  • Provide dependable leadership: Participate in on-call coverage, guide staff through urgent concerns, and provide leadership coverage as needed.

What you'll bring

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing to practice in New Mexico.
  • Five years of RN experience, including three years in home care and one year of supervisory experience. Current NCP RNs with progressive supervisory and management responsibility may qualify through an internal pathway.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.
  • Current CPR and first aid certification.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel for patient visits and team support.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills, with a commitment to compassionate care and developing others.

Help lead care that matters.

Your leadership can help a nurse feel supported, a family feel confident, and a patient feel heard.
