Job Summary

Responsible for implementing and supporting WRHS clinical applications across departments, serving as the day-to-day contact for end-users during implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and operation of clinical modules
• Serve as the point of contact for end-users; train staff on clinical applications
• Test software updates and maintain system security through role-based access
• Document and track issues and enhancement requests
• Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota
• 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience
• Experience with EHR systems, or a comparable EHR platform ( Meditech or Epic)
• Clinical informatics/health IT experience preferred

Normal working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
