NURSE OT

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Nursing.
• Must have an active and valid STR.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Operating Theatre (OT) Nurse.
• Experience as a Scrub Nurse and/or Circulating Nurse is preferred.
• Good knowledge of surgical procedures, aseptic techniques, and infection prevention and control.
• Familiar with surgical instruments, OT equipment, and operating theatre procedures.
• Understanding of patient safety standards and proper clinical documentation.
• BLS certification is preferred.
• Experience working in a hospital, surgical centre, or healthcare facility is preferred.
• Understanding of hospital accreditation standards, including KARS, is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Willing to work in shifts and based in Sanur, Bali.
