We’re seeking a compassionate and self-driven Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our mobile care team in the Eugene, OR area.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide wound care assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver care in patients’ homes and clinical settings
• Perform virtual visits (as permitted by state regulations)
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
• Prescribe medications when clinically appropriate
• Travel locally to patient locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Optional rounding in SNF or rehab settings, where available

Qualifications:

• Current board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)
• Master's degree from an accredited nurse practitioner/physician assistant program
• Preferred: 1+ year in primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, or wound care
• Bonus: Experience in ER, ICU, or other critical care environments
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Schedule:

• Full-time | Monday–Friday
• Day shifts only
• No nights, weekends, or on-call

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range is $140,000-$160,000 per year
• This is a full-time salaried position
