Signature Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Outpatient Cardiology team in Brockton, Massachusetts.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who enjoys providing comprehensive cardiovascular care in an outpatient setting and working collaboratively with cardiologists, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.

Position Highlights

• Predominantly ambulatory position with some inpatient coverage
• Coverage across three locations: 110 Liberty St. Brockton, 25 Libby St. Brockton and 1 Donalds Way, East Bridgewater
• Collaborate closely with cardiologists and multidisciplinary care teams
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a broad range of cardiovascular conditions
• Conduct comprehensive histories and physical examinations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
• Manage medications and provide ongoing disease management
• Educate patients and families regarding cardiovascular health, prevention, and treatment
• Provide follow-up care and coordinate care across the healthcare system
• Participate in a collaborative, patient-centered clinical environment

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license
• National Board Certification as an NP
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Cardiology experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
