We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join an experienced clinical team in an outpatient primary care setting in Carlisle, PA.

This role is ideal for a practitioner seeking a strong work-life balance, steady compensation, and the opportunity to build continuity of care with patients of all ages.

Key Highlights & Schedule:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday (7 clinical hours + 1 hour administrative time daily)
• Work-Life Balance: No weekends; minimal after-hours phone call responsibilities
• Clinic Workflow: Average 15+ patients per day; one late clinic rotation every 6–7 weeks
• Support: Full clinical and administrative support staff on-site
• Focus: Outpatient primary care, preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education

Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 per year
• Loan Repayment: Student loan repayment assistance up to $50,000
• Relocation: Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
• Continuing Education: $3,500 CME allowance plus paid CME time

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license
• Minimum 2 years of FNP clinical experience required
• High level of comfort treating patients across the entire lifespan
• Team-based, patient-centered clinical approach

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
