Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and manage individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and treatment options

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Kentucky
• Current DEA certification
• Board certification
• Clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or related field preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
