Nurse Practitioner - Integrative Women’s Health
Aspire Women’s Wellness is a boutique, concierge women’s health practice specializing in personalized, integrative care. Our specialties are chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, hormone management, and sexual health. We are looking for a compassionate, clinically curious Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team and provide exceptional, individualized care to women in person and on telehealth.
This role is ideal for an NP who wants to move beyond traditional 15-minute visits and practice medicine in a way that allows time to listen, educate, investigate, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
The Role
The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive women’s health care with a focus on hormone health, perimenopause and menopause, sexual health, endometriosis/chronic pelvic pain, PMOS, and integrative medicine.
You will work closely with patients to understand the full picture of their health and develop individualized treatment plans that may incorporate conventional medical care, lifestyle interventions, targeted laboratory evaluation, supplements, and hormone therapy when appropriate. In person care includes pelvic exams and b procedures such as IUD, EMB, vulvar biopsy, and other specialized sexual medicine.
The ideal candidate is confident working independently, enjoys building long-term patient relationships, and is passionate about helping women feel heard and understood.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive new patient and follow-up visits
- Evaluate and manage women’s health concerns across the lifespan
- Provide care related to perimenopause and menopause, hormone health, insulin resistance, thyroid management, longevity, sexual health, PMOS, endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, and related conditions
- Order and interpret appropriate laboratory testing
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-informed conventional and integrative approaches
- Prescribe and manage medications and hormone therapy within scope of practice
- Provide thoughtful patient education and shared decision-making
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and expectations
- Identify when patients require referral to or collaboration with other specialists
- Maintain timely, thorough, and accurate documentation
- Participate in care coordination with other members of the Aspire team
- Follow practice protocols, clinical guidelines, and standards of care
- Contribute to the continued development of clinical protocols, patient resources, and educational materials
- Maintain a warm, professional, and highly responsive patient experience
- Pelvic exams, physical exams, and specialized procedures
- Active participant in clinic growth and marketing events
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
- Board certification as an NP
- Prescriptive authority appropriate to the role
- At least 2 years of NP clinical experience in women's health
- Confident with pelvic exams and procedures
- Menopause Society Certified Practitioner within 6 months of hire
- I Care Better endometriosis specialist within 1 year of hire
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to practice independently and make sound clinical decisions
- Strong interest in women’s health and hormone care
- Comfortable providing care through telehealth
Strongly Preferred:
- Experience in women’s health, functional/integrative medicine, endocrinology, gynecology, or primary care
- Experience caring for patients with perimenopause/menopause, endometriosis, PMOS, or sexual health concerns
- Additional education or certification in menopause, sexual health, functional medicine, or a related specialty
- Experience prescribing and managing menopausal hormone therapy
- Familiarity with evidence-informed integrative approaches
Our Ideal Candidate
You are:
- Clinically excellent but humble enough to keep learning
- Curious about the why behind a patient's symptoms
- Comfortable managing complex patients
- A strong communicator and educator
- Warm, empathetic, and genuinely invested in your patients
- Comfortable with autonomy and accountability
- Evidence-informed while remaining open to integrative approaches
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Interested in developing long-term relationships with patients rather than simply treating individual symptoms
- Excited to be part of a small, collaborative practice
You don't need to know everything about functional medicine when you walk through the door. We value clinical judgment, curiosity, willingness to learn, and alignment with our philosophy of care.
Why Aspire?
At Aspire, we believe women deserve more time, more individualized care, and a clinician who actually listens.
We intentionally maintain a boutique patient panel so that our clinicians can focus on quality rather than volume. Our model allows you to spend meaningful time with patients, practice with autonomy, and develop expertise in an area of medicine that is often underserved.
You'll have the opportunity to work alongside a team passionate about transforming women's healthcare while continuing to grow your own clinical expertise.
