The Opportunity

This is a flexible, part-time 1099 contract role ideal for an NP who is comfortable with sleep and wellness and looking to take on additional contract work. We are a growing sleep and wellness practice expanding our telehealth footprint across New York State — and we want the right clinician to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth or in office visits for patients with sleep disorders and wellness concerns
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage conditions such as insomnia, sleep apnea, and related wellness issues
• Order and review diagnostic studies as appropriate
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education
• Collaborate with the broader care team as needed

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted New York State NP License (required)
• Comfortable with sleep medicine (prior formal sleep fellowship not required — we will support your growth)
• Strong telehealth communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Background in Sleep important but not required.

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
