Eisenhower Health Is Seeking Full-Time Nurse Practitioners!

Job Objective:

• Provides direct patient care and support to multidisciplinary health team working within the scope of practice of a Nurse Practitioner (NP). Serves as a clinical expert through patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and consultation, while maintaining program excellence and professional growth. Responsible for developing comprehensive care plans, coordinating patient care, delivering ongoing treatment while fostering a strong patient-provider relationship. Committed to cost-effective care management, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing patient experiences through continuous process improvement. Provides direct patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based outcomes.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Required: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited school of nursing

Licensure/Certification:

• Required: Active and unrestricted CA licensure as Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) Nurse Practitioner Furnishing (NPF) license number from the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) Current board certification as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) by a nationally accredited organization Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate to dispense controlled substances (II-V) National Provider Identifier (NPI) Current Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from AHA if assigned to Emergency Department (CC7012)

Experience:

• Preferred: Experience as a NP providing care in an acute or ambulatory setting in assigned area of specialty
