Nurse Practitioner

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our busy clinical practice in Redding, California.

This position offers flexibility for candidates interested in starting part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on mutual fit, performance, and practice needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered clinical care.
• Evaluate patients, obtain medical histories, and perform physical examinations.
• Develop appropriate treatment plans and provide follow-up care.
• Diagnose and manage common medical conditions within scope of practice.
• Perform and assist with appropriate clinical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and follow-up.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other clinical staff.
• Manage multiple patients and priorities in a busy practice setting.
• Follow all applicable clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted California NP or PA license.
• Relevant clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced clinical environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minor procedures
• Other outpatient clinical specialties

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week

License/Certification:

• Current and unrestricted California NP or PA license (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Redding, CA 96001 (Required)
