Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care in various settings, including acute care, long-term care, and outpatient facilities.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health management and treatment options.
• Participate in case management activities, including discharge planning and follow-up care.
• Stay current with best practices.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Auto Insurance.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• DEA.
• Malpractice.
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems.
• Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for accurate medical billing and records management.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and infection control practices.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Ability to perform physical examinations, vital sign assessments, and airway management procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient education.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various healthcare facilities as needed.
