About RWR Health & Nurse Practitioners
At RWR Health, we connect exceptional healthcare professionals with organisations that genuinely align with their career goals, values and lifestyle.

We take the time to understand what you're looking for and connect you with opportunities where you can develop professionally, feel supported and make a meaningful difference to the communities you serve.

We are currently looking to connect with a Nurse Practitioner to join a supportive and community-focused Primary Care team in South Auckland.

This is an opportunity to work within an established General Practice environment, providing high-quality, patient-centred care while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.

The Opportunity
We are open to 3 or 5 days per week, providing flexibility to find a working pattern that suits your lifestyle and professional goals.

You'll work within a predominantly Māori and Pasifika community, providing accessible and culturally responsive Primary Care to patients and their whānau.

This could be an excellent opportunity for an NP who already has experience working within these communities, or someone with a genuine passion for developing their understanding and capability in Māori and Pasifika healthcare.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Work within a predominantly Māori & Pasifika community
  • Join a supportive and collaborative Primary Care environment
  • Deliver meaningful, patient-centred healthcare within your scope
  • Opportunity for continued professional development and career growth

Your Clinical Environment
You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, respect and quality patient care.

The practice has a strong focus on supporting the health and wellbeing of its local community, with culturally responsive care playing an important role in how services are delivered.

You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and whānau while contributing to accessible and equitable healthcare.

About You
We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner who brings strong clinical skills, excellent communication and a genuine commitment to patient-centred care.

You will ideally have:

  • Current Nurse Practitioner registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
  • A current practising certificate
  • Experience within Primary Care
  • Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative approach to multidisciplinary healthcare
  • A commitment to culturally responsive and equitable healthcare
  • An understanding of the health needs of Māori and Pasifika communities
  • A compassionate and patient-focused approach
  • Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is clinically capable, compassionate, community-minded and passionate about making a difference.
Your Development
You'll be joining an environment where professional development and continued learning are encouraged.

Whether you're an experienced Nurse Practitioner or looking to further establish yourself within Primary Care, this opportunity provides the support and clinical environment to continue developing your career.
