Nurse Practitioner

In-Home Urgent & Primary Care Provider (PA, NP, or MD)

LEAA, a concierge medical service, is seeking qualified PAs, NPs, or MDs to provide in-home urgent care and primary care to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat urgent care and primary care patients in their homes.

• Perform COVID-19 testing, as well as screenings for strep, flu, RSV, and other infections.

• Conduct blood draws and administer IV fluids.

• Write prescriptions and manage patient treatment plans.

• Perform minor procedures, including incision and drainage, laceration repairs, and orthopedic procedures.

Who We're Looking For:

• Licensed PA, NP, or MD with experience in urgent or primary care.

• Comfortable providing in-home patient care.

• Available for weekday and weekend shifts.
