About the Role

We’re looking for a caring, motivated, and team-oriented Nurse Practitioner to join our growing family practice. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have a few years of experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your clinical skills, be mentored by experienced providers, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients across all ages.

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive health assessments, including physical exams and medical histories

• Interpret lab results and diagnostic tests to guide treatment plans

• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions

• Prescribe medications and therapies within the Arizona NP scope of practice.

• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, lifestyle changes, and health maintenance.

• Collaborate closely with our MDs, NPs, and support staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

• Contribute to practice-wide quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.

• Maintain thorough, timely documentation using our EHR system (eClinicalworks).

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited MSN or DNP Nurse Practitioner program.

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Arizona.

• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC).

• Valid DEA license and eligibility to prescribe in Arizona.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.

• Clinical competence in primary care, with a strong foundation in assessment and diagnosis.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care.

• Team-player mindset with a desire to grow in a collaborative environment.

• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) (eClinicalworks).
