TULEA HEALTH OVERVIEW
At Tulea Health, we are compassionate partners seeking to elevate the infusion experience for patients through collaboration with the health systems that serve them. We create industry-leading Ambulatory Infusion Centers that deliver comfortable, consistent, caring therapy experiences personalized for each patient. Our innovative model does not compete with our health system partners but rather operates under their brand. We provide the financial investment, resources, personnel, supporting technology, and specialized expertise needed to drive success through a performance-oriented partnership model.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Nurse Practitioner serves as the clinical lead for the Ambulatory Infusion Center (AIC) and is responsible for coordinating and supervising the provision of infusion therapy to all patients. This provider owns order clarification, patient evaluation, care planning, education, medication preparation, infusion administration, and monitoring the safety and effectiveness of therapy. Collaborating with ordering providers, the AIC Medical Director, and AIC clinical and operational staff, the Nurse Practitioner delivers high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care while achieving high levels of patient satisfaction. The NP also partners closely with the General Manager to drive clinical, operational, and quality improvement initiatives.
