Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Duties

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to establish accurate diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state laws and collaborative practice agreements, ensuring compliance with DEA regulations.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Utilize EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient encounters and medical records management.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Provide health coaching, patient education, and follow-up care to promote wellness and disease prevention strategies.

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure with current certification in advanced practice nursing; experience working within collaborative practice agreements preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
• Extensive clinical experience
• Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, diagnostic evaluation techniques
• Competence in managing internal medicine cases
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively across diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics.
