Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) – Optum Soper Hill | Marysville, WA

Looking to practice in a collaborative, patient-focused primary care setting? Optum Washington is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Soper Hill Primary Care team in Marysville, Washington, where you'll have the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships while working within a supportive, team-based care model.

About the Role

As part of Optum's clinician-led care organization, you'll manage your own patient panel and provide comprehensive outpatient primary care. This full-time position offers a four-day workweek and the support of an integrated care team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through preventive care, patient education, and chronic disease management.

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient primary care services in a clinic-based setting.
• Manage and grow your own patient panel.
• See an average of 18 to 22 patients per day with 30-minute appointment slots.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, nurses, medical assistants, pharmacists, and support staff.
• Participate in a team-based model focused on prevention and chronic disease management.
• Utilize Epic EMR with integrated AI documentation tools.

What You'll Bring

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Washington state license or ability to obtain before start date.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain before start date.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• One or more years of provider experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing an ambulatory patient panel.
