Job Summary
UrgentCHOICE Care is hiring! We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care team in Kokomo, IN!
Position Details:
- Full-time, Days
- 3 12-hour shifts per week
- Clinic hours are 8am-8pm, 8am-8pm Saturday & Sunday
- No call
- 100% outpatient
- 100% employer paid health insurance
- Services offered: injury and illness care, laceration repair, wound suturing, I&D, EKGs, occupational medicine including work comp, DOT physicals, and sports physicals
Qualifications:
- FNP or PA certification required
- New Grads welcome to apply
- Must obtain DOT certification within 90 days of hire
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
