Job Description: Mindwell Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Primary Healthcare Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/FNP) to lead our Charlotte clinic. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and skilled NP with at least 3 years of experience who is ready to take on a leadership role and be the head of Mindwell Health’s Charlotte location.

We are looking for a medical leader who enjoys autonomy in decision-making, is a problem solver, and is eager to run the office while ensuring top-tier patient care. This role is ideal for someone with a background in ER or acute care, and comfort with IV placement and hands-on procedures is highly valued for the ketamine service line..

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive treatment resistant (ketamine and Spravato) interventions and mental health services to patients.
• Take ownership of clinic operations, making critical decisions regarding patient care, workflows, and team management.
• Serve as the medical leader of Mindwell Health in Charlotte, overseeing clinical processes and ensuring high-quality care.
• Work autonomously while collaborating with other healthcare professionals when needed.
• Perform and oversee procedures such as IV placements and other in-office treatments.
• Maintain a fun and engaging clinical environment while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
• Mentor and support other healthcare professionals in the clinic.

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/FNP) license in South Carolina.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in ER, urgent care, or primary care settings and must have DEA.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to run a clinic independently.
• Experience with IV placements and hands-on procedures.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make clinical decisions autonomously.
• Passion for patient care and a commitment to fostering a positive and professional environment.
