We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed in Virginia to join our growing post-acute rehabilitation (Physiatry) team. Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Care: Conduct independent, high-level physiatry assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation care plans.
• Functional Recovery: Manage patient pain, functional restoration, and sub-acute rehab strategies autonomously.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams, as well as facility nursing staff, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain thorough, timely documentation in strict compliance with CMS regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Virginia NP License: Must possess Autonomous Practice Authority OR have the 3+ years of clinical experience required to qualify for autonomous practice in Virginia.
• Certification: Board-certified via AANP or ANCC.
• Credentials: Active DEA license.
• Experience: Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), long-term care, or PM&R/orthopedic setting is preferred, but we will train the right autonomous clinician.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
