Nurse Practitioner

We are a private practice Rheumatology office located in Norther Kentucky that has been in business since 12/2020. We believe that educating your patient about their medical condition and medication is essential to great clinical outcomes. We specialize in autoimmune diseases that affect the joints and other organ systems such as but not limited to the eyes, blood vessels, nerves, kidneys, and lungs. We do not perform pain management. We are seeking a NP to work in conjunction with our Rheumatologist to treat, monitor, and assess the outcomes of our patients. No Rheumatology experience is needed. Training will include dedicated teaching sessions about our specific diseases and medication options, physician shadowing, and residency style patient presentations. We believe that a team based approach will result in the best patient outcomes

Location: Crestview Hills Kentucky

Shift & Schedule

full time or part time. Clinic schedule below:

4 Day work Week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

10 hr days 7PM-5PM

Clinic call rotation after one year of experience

Responsibilities:

As an NP you will play a crucial role in patient care in our in-demand specialty.. Your responsibilities will include:

· Perform physical examination assessments of disease activity

· Prescribe and manage medications to treat rheumatologic diseases

· Understand and order medically necessary labs, imaging, and procedures.

· Maintain accurate patient medical records

· Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust plan of care accordingly

· Coordination of care between patients and all treating physicians

Other duties assigned by physician

Qualifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner
• Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Graduate of an accredited AANP, ARNP program. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
