Nurse Practitioner

Your advanced practice skills will support diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of medical conditions, ensuring optimal health outcomes. Duties

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status and needs for cardiology patients.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with collaborative practice agreements and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations utilizing EMR/EHR systems, including Epic and eClinicalWorks to document patient encounters accurately.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, specialists in gastroenterology, cardiology, emergency medicine, ICU teams, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification to prescribe medications under DEA regulations.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology
• Critical care experience in acute settings such as ICU, CCU or emergency medicine is desirable..
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients on health coaching strategies and treatment options effectively.
