Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Priority Health is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and professional Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care through comprehensive assessments, accurate diagnoses, and effective treatment planning. This role involves working closely with patients to promote health and manage both acute and chronic conditions in a supportive and professional environment.

Duties

• Evaluate and assess patients to determine their health status and needs.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized patient treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as appropriate to support patient care.
• Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies to promote wellness.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up plans in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner or in a similar advanced practice nursing role.
• Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic health issues.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Knowledge of current healthcare practices, medications, diagnostic procedures, and regulatory requirements for Nurse Practitioners.
