Full Time Nurse Practitioner – Mobile Wound Care

Job Description

CuraWell Health Solutions is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing mobile wound care team serving patients throughout Polk County and the Tampa Bay area.

This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys working independently, building patient relationships, and delivering high-quality wound care in home health, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings.

We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and passionate about improving patient outcomes through advanced wound management and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform wound evaluations and ongoing wound management
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform bedside procedures including debridement when appropriate
• Coordinate care with home health agencies and facility staff
• Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound prevention, offloading, nutrition, and infection prevention
• Order wound care supplies, labs, imaging, and additional services as needed

Qualifications

• Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license
• DEA license preferred
• Wound care experience required
• Experience in home health, mobile medicine, SNF, or primary care is a plus
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage schedule efficiently

• Full time

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
