Required Skills and Qualifications

• Activbe Nevada Nurse Practioner License in good standing
• National Board Certification as a Nurse Practioner
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Experience conducting patient examinations and taking medical histories
• Ability to diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within scope of practice
• Knowledge of prescribing medications and medication management
• Ability to order, interpret, and review laboratory tests and diagnostic studies
• Strong patient communication and couseling skills
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems
• Accute and timely clinical documentations
• Knowledge of HIPAA, patient confidentiality and infection control
• Ability to develop treatment plans and provbide preventive care
• Strong critical-thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clinic staff
• Professional, compassionate, and patient centered approach
• gastrointestinal issues, geriatrics, behavioral health concerns, and post-acute care needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an outpatient or primary care clinic
• Experience with preventive health screenings and patient education
• Familiarity with referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow care
• Bilingual skills are a plus
