Nurse Practitioner

Eloura Wellness is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing wellness practice in Central Florida.

The primary clinical focus of this role is hormone optimization, medical weight management, preventive wellness, laboratory interpretation, and longitudinal patient care.

This is not primarily an aesthetics position. Aesthetics experience is a plus, but our primary need is a clinically experienced Nurse Practitioner who is comfortable managing patients in hormone therapy, weight management, primary care, preventive medicine, or wellness-focused care.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and medical evaluations
• Review medical histories, medications, symptoms, and laboratory results
• Order and interpret appropriate laboratory testing
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage hormone optimization and hormone replacement therapy patients
• Manage medical weight-management patients, including GLP-1 therapies when clinically appropriate
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide preventive wellness and metabolic-health guidance
• Educate patients regarding medications, lifestyle, nutrition, and long-term wellness goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the Eloura Wellness team on clinical protocols and patient-care standards

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Florida APRN/Nurse Practitioner license
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:
• Hormone replacement therapy / hormone optimization
• Medical weight management
• Primary care
• Preventive medicine
• Functional or integrative wellness
• Metabolic health
• Comfortable interpreting laboratory results
• Experience managing patients longitudinally
• Excellent communication and patient-education skills
• Professional, dependable, collaborative, and growth-minded

Important: Experience with hormone optimization and/or medical weight management is especially valuable for this position.

Candidates whose background is primarily aesthetics should also have meaningful experience in medical wellness, weight management, primary care, preventive medicine, or hormone-related care.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time to start
• Approximately 10–20 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling
• $65–$75 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• In-person position
