Nurse Practitioner

Position Summary

Midtowne Wellness & Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner with a passion for both wellness and aesthetic medicine. This role combines individualized wellness care, including medical weight management and hormone health, with aesthetic consultations and treatments. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, excellent patient communication, and an interest in helping patients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities

Wellness & Patient Care

• Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations, health assessments, and patient evaluations.
• Develop individualized wellness plans based on patient goals, medical history, and clinical needs.
• Evaluate and manage patients in medical weight management programs, including appropriate medication management.
• Assess hormone-related concerns and provide evaluation, treatment, and monitoring within scope of practice.
• Review laboratory results, discuss findings, and recommend appropriate follow-up care.
• Educate patients on preventive health, lifestyle, nutrition, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to support consistent follow-up care.

Aesthetics & Practice Growth

• Perform aesthetic consultations and injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, based on qualifications and training.
• Provide or support laser and skin rejuvenation services as appropriate to experience, training, and clinic offerings.
• Develop personalized aesthetic treatment plans and educate patients on treatment options, aftercare, and realistic outcomes.
• Build relationships that support retention, referrals, and long-term care.
• Collaborate with the team to grow both wellness and aesthetic services.
• Stay current on advancements in wellness, weight management, hormone health, and aesthetics.

Clinical Standards

• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation.
• Follow clinical protocols, prescribing guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Provide a safe, professional, welcoming patient experience.
• Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas Nurse Practitioner license and current national NP certification.
• Appropriate prescriptive authority for assigned clinical duties.
• At least two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in wellness services (such as medical weight management or hormone health) and/or aesthetic medicine strongly preferred.
• Experience with aesthetic injectables (neuromodulators and dermal fillers) preferred; laser or other aesthetic treatment experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment, patient education, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and collaborative skills.
• Availability to work part-time on-site in Mansfield, TX.
