Nurse Practitioner – Substance Use Treatment
Location: Hamlet, NC
We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to oversee clinical care for patients experiencing drug and alcohol addiction in Hamlet, North Carolina.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing medication management within the provider’s scope of practice, monitoring patient progress, and coordinating care with counselors, therapists, and peer support staff. The provider will also educate patients about treatment and recovery and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold an active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner license, applicable certification, and appropriate prescribing credentials. Experience in addiction treatment or behavioral health is preferred.
